Teacher Update Courses -How to book your course-

These courses are intended for Primary and Secondary teachers who already teach, or intend to start teaching English.
Our trainers have over twenty years' experience of planning, facilitating and leading in-service training courses for teacher groups from Argentina, Austria Belgium, Brazil, The Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
They have also worked with independent and state institutions, notably the British Council, the German state in-service training institutes in Hessen, Hamburg and Thüringen and Bath and North-East Somerset Council.

Course code: ST1/03 20 / 07 03 - 01 / 08 / 03 for Secondary level teachers
Course code: PT1/03 03 -15 / 08/ 03 for Primary level teachers
 
Course duration 2 weeks / 21 sixty-minute sessions per week including one full day excursion and one ½ day excursion.

Course programme
The objective of these courses is to help teachers of English update their first-hand knowledge of British life and culture and develop their communication skills so that they can use English more confidently and fluently. In addition to personal language and communication training, the course will focus on the following areas of professional interest for teachers of Primary English: classroom management language, drama, classroom techniques, storytelling, using music in the classroom, language games, published materials, teacher-produced materials.
